Turning around a failing fashion brand
A ladies fashion brand with 9 employees had watched turnover fall from £5m to £3m in just two years. Debt had accumulated, profit had almost disappeared, and the priority was getting sales back to a level that covered the loan repayments, while also managing relationships with creditors who were getting nervous.
We focused on rebuilding sales momentum, identifying the most profitable product lines and channels to prioritise, and worked through a creditor negotiation strategy to buy the business the breathing room it needed to recover.
