Who do you work with?

Most businesses we work with are turning over at least £400k+ per year and are 3+ years old. We will however also consider ecommerce businesses doing less than that if there's scope for our methods to work for them. If you're unsure, please get in touch and we can have a chat.

What services do you provide?

We help ecommerce owners turnaround and grow their business, and sell their business later if that's what they want. It's hands-on and practical help over a 12 month period in every aspect of your business, from finances and marketing to products and staffing. We've done the day-to-day just like you have, so we can help and advise on all areas of your business.

Do you work with Amazon or eBay stores?

We don't work with businesses that are Amazon or eBay only. Your main business would need to be on a platform like Shopify or WooCommerce or a custom ecommerce site, but it can have a marketplace element alongside it.

My business is making a loss. Can you still help?

Yes, we can usually offer a number of options for helping a loss-making business, so it's worth having a chat to see how we can help. We don't work with severely distressed businesses though, but may be able to point you in the direction of suitable help.

How does it work?

We work alongside you to help you overcome any issues you're currently having, and help you grow and increase the value of your business. We start by looking at the immediate problems that need resolving and find ways to fix those. Once that's done, we implement our Ecommerce Growth Accelerator program that will help you reach your goals.

Are you an agency? Do you just do Google, Facebook etc?

No, we're not an ad agency, we're an all-encompassing partner that helps with every aspect of your business. We will look at your advertising as part of the process, but that's only a tiny part of the whole service. We don't replace your current agencies as that's not what we do, but we'll work with you and them to make sure everyone is aiming for the same goals.

What is covered in the Growth Accelerator?

Unlike many growth programs, the Growth Accelerator is a hands-on, mentored course of growth and profit strategies, implemented over a minimum of 12 months. Each Accelerator is tailored to the business based on what is already in place and the goals of the business. Typically this would include areas like managing KPI's and goals, profitability, customer acquisition and retention, marketing, operations, cashflow management, partnerships, funding, and getting exit ready if required.

How much does it cost?

The Growth Accelerator starts at £1500 per month. In most cases we'd expect the program's improvements to cover that fairly quickly, and soon be delivering a considerable return.

How do I join?

Complete the form here and we'll arrange a 15-20 minute Discovery Call so we can see if the Accelerator is suitable for you. We only have a limited number of places available at any one time, and can't unfortunately take on everyone, so we'd recommend applying now to be sure of getting a place when available.
