The 90-Day Growth Program Outline
The Ecommerce Growth Program is a structured strategy personalised to your business needs. It follows certain steps, but the tactics and actions will vary depending on your current business and your goals.
Phase 1: Analysis & Diagnosis (Weeks 1-2)
We start with a thorough examination of your financials, operational processes, and key performance metrics to identify the core issues stopping your business from scaling. Once that's done, we'll implement our analysis tools like Daily KPI Compass, user recordings and surveys, before fixing any urgent issues or leaks that are hampering growth.
Phase 2: Strategic Roadmap (Weeks 3-4)
Our aim here is to create a foundation for the next few weeks on which to build sales. We'll get some "low-hanging fruit" done first, things that either fix obstacles to growth, or are quick wins on the way to growth, and then develop a roadmap of strategies and tactics for stabilising and scaling the business. This roadmap provides a clear view of the tasks to be completed, but is also flexible so you can adapt to your business requirements at any point.
Phase 3: Implementation & Optimisation (Weeks 5-12)
This phase involves working with you and your team to deliver the improvements and changes identified earlier. We'll use a group board to list and track everything we're working on, and have regular check-ins to resolve any issues or answer questions. This phase includes strategies to increase new sales as well as retain existing customers, while improving cashflow and profit.
Phase 4: Scale Up & Next Steps (Week 13)
Once the core foundation is in place and all leaks and obstacles have been fixed, your business will be in a good place to scale up further. At this point you might want to look for external investment, explore new marketplaces, or add additional sales channels. There's also scope for expanding by acquisition or adding new product lines. We'll examine these options with you and help you find the right paths to achieve your goals.
