What is the Mentoring Program?
The Ecommerce Mentoring Program is a mentoring and coaching option specially for UK ecommerce businesses under £500k turnover. It enables those businesses to access the knowledge and resources usually only available to those on the larger more expensive Turnaround & Growth programs. Whether you need help with sales, or cashflow, or want to make more profit or just scale your business, this program means you'll have someone by your side to help.
What does the mentoring consist of?
The real advantage of this program is that it is designed around your goals and needs. We start with an in-depth call to understand your business and what you want to get out of mentoring, and monthly calls after that. In between those calls, you'll have direct access to Gary or one of his colleagues so you can ask questions, get feedback, advice or anything else related to your business you need help with. It's a relaxed, friendly environment where you have a supportive partner to help and guide you.
How much does it cost?
The full program is £450 per month + VAT where applicable.
How do I know if I'm suitable?
If you are UK based, own a B2C or D2C ecommerce business under £500k turnover based on a platform like Shopify or Woocommerce, and want help growing your business, or would like advice and assistance from someone who's been there and done it numerous times, then this is for you!
Just to be clear, if your business is Amazon or eBay only, we can't help, and we don't do dropshipping businesses either.
